The Philadelphia Flyers have reduced their training camp roster by 20 players, according to President of Hockey Operations & General Manager, Chuck Fletcher.

The following players have been assigned to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms:

Forwards: Jordy Bellerive, Elliot Desnoyers, Jacob Gaucher, Charlie Gerard, Alex Kile, Tye McSorley, Cal O’Reilly, Garrett Wilson, Zayde Wisdom

Defensemen: Colin Felix, Linus Hogberg, Will MacKinnon, Mason Millman, Wyatte Wylie, Cooper Zech

Goaltenders:  Jonathan Lemieux, Nolan Maier, Tyler Wall

Wisdom, drafted in the 4th round and Desnoyers, drafted in the 5th round,  were each drafted in the 2020 NHL Draft. Desnoyers also represented team Canada in the World Juniors as he scored a career high 42 goals and 88 points for Halifax of the QMJHL last season.

Forwards Isaac Ratcliffe and Linus Sandin have been placed on waivers for the purpose of assigning them to Lehigh Valley.

The following injured players have not been cleared to participate in camp: F Artem Anisimov (lower body), F Bobby Brink (hip), F Patrick Brown (back surgery), F Sean Couturier (upper body, week-to-week), D Ryan Ellis (out indefinitely), D Adam Karashik (upper body, day-to-day) and F Cooper Marody (upper body, week-to-week) F J.R. Avon, F Cam Atkinson, F Joel Farabee, F Ryan Fitzgerald and G Carter Hart have been cleared for no-contact practice.
