Behold! The only NHL Power Rankings that matter! Drop your feedback in the comment section and feel free to indulge in the urge to roast the hell out of my top 10 rankings!
- Colorado Avalanche (30-9-4) – You’ve heard of Cale Makar but have you seen Sam Girard this year?
- Carolina Hurricanes (30-10-4) – The Hurricanes are 9-3-2 against teams from Florida.
- Vegas Golden Knights (32-11-2) – Vegas was good even before Stone, Pacioretty, and Alex Pietrangelo.
- Tampa Bay Lightning (30-13-2) – They’re the defending champs and they’re still missing KUCHEROV.
- Washington Capitals (29-13-4) – Peter Laviolette has this team scoring. 163 goals is tops in the NHL.
- Florida Panthers (30-12-5) – Guess who is 9-3-1 since losing Aaron Ekblad for the year?
- New York Islanders (29-13-4) – The best GM/Coach duo in the NHL and Sorokin is the real deal.
- Toronto Maple Leafs (28-13-5) – Toronto is fun but I don’t fully trust their goaltending.
- Pittsburgh Penguins (29-14-3) – Pittsburgh’s stars look revitalized and it’s usual suspects driving bus.
- Winnipeg Jets (27-15-3) – Winnipeg has goaltending and can score but it feels like something is missing.
Honorable Mentions: Minnesota Wild & Edmonton Oilers
