Dallas Stars @ Philadelphia Flyers
Tonight the Dallas Stars come to down to take on the Philadelphia Flyers. I’ll break down my favorite bets for tonight game right here in the Gambler’s Guide.
Money Line and Total
The Stars are the favorites at -150 and the Flyers are +130 while the total is 5.5. In their last four games against the Central Division the Flyers are 4-0 and 9-2 versus the West Conference, they’re also 4-0 in their last four games against teams with losing records. In their last thirty-two games against teams with winning records the Stars are 10-22 and they’re 0-5 in their last five games as favorites.
Over the last eight meetings between these two teams the home team is 7-1, I like the Flyers at +130 tonight. The under is looking good tonight, the Flyers’ games have hit the under in each of their last seven games and the under is 13-3 in Philadelphia’s last sixteen road games. On the Stars’ side, the under is 5-2 in their last seven games as favorites, 6-1 coming off a game where they scored 2 or less goals and 9-3-1 when playing on two days rest.
Player Props
- Claude Giroux over 2.5 shots on goal +110
Giroux is currently averaging 3.25 shots on goal a game and Dallas is averaging over 30 shots against a game (30.83). Giroux has had 3 or more shots on goal in each of his last three games, and four of his last five.
- Miro Heiskanen over 2.5 shots on goal +125
The Flyers average 33.75 shots against per game and Heiskanen is averaging 2.91 shots on goal a game for the year. Heiskanen has hit 3 or more shots on goal in his last three games and he leads his team in shot attempts with 61.
Game Props
- Race to 4 goals neither -110
With the under looking like a very good bet tonight it’s unlikely one of these teams hits 4 goals. The Stars have hit 4 goals just once in their last four games. The Flyers haven’t scored 4 or more goals in seven games.
