Philadelphia Flyers and Vladimir Tarasenko updates: Flyers request for Tarasenko’s medical records
Friedman on 31TP says the Flyers were one of the teams that requested Tarasenko's medical records from the Blues, says that fit would make sense but someone else "poo-pooed" the possibility of it happening.

The reported package for the right-handed defenseman Rasmus Ristolainen would be a ‘solid’ prospect and a 2nd Round Pick. Ristolainen has one year left on his contract at $5.4 million AAV.
Philadelphia Flyers potential trade target forward Matthew Tkachuk is being made available by Calgary Flames
The Calgary Flames have continued to take calls on Matthew Tkachuk, but multiple sources have told me the asking price is astronomical.

Ah, one can dream. Tkachuk is one of the most intense two-way forwards in the NHL. He’s 23 years old and has scored 20 goals in 3 out of 5 seasons and has scored at least 48 points in 4/5 seasons (43 points in a COVID-shortened 56 games). Tkachuk has one year left at $7 million AAV and is scheduled to be an RFA next offseason. Personally, if he actually is available, he would be my top target this off-season, forwards wise.
Flyers newest defenseman Ryan Ellis address the media for the first time
Watch LIVE as defenseman Ryan Ellis meets with the media for the first time as a Philadelphia Flyer. https://t.co/zR9q3EiIoj

The only highlight of the press conference:
Ellis confirms that reports about his injury in 2020-21 being a shoulder injury were incorrect, said he broke a knuckle and that's what kept him out. No surgery was necessary.
