The Philadelphia Flyers have recalled forwards Elliot Desnoyers and Tyson Foerster from Lehigh Valley of the American Hockey League (AHL) on emergency conditions per General Manager Chuck Fletcher.

Tyson Foerster will make his NHL debut Thursday night in Raleigh as the Flyers take on the Carolina Hurricanes.

Forester, just 21 years old, was a 2020 first round pick for the Philadelphia Flyers. He’s currently playing in his third season with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms where he’s scored 18 goals and recorded 38 points in 56 games to help Lehigh fight for playoff positioning.

In 89 career games with the Phantoms Foerster has scored 30 goals and 28 assists.

He also scored 3 goals and recorded 6 points in 7 games during the 2022 World Junior Tournament.

Foerster is up on emergency conditions and will likely be sent down by next week.
