DG Bets for Games on October 26, 2022

Yesterday’s Recap: 1-1, +1.2u (Overall: +4.02)

I had a solid day yesterday, splitting my bets and ultimately coming out net positive. I am really liking the approach I’ve taken so far this year. I am going to continue to put together 2 player shot parlays as long as it continues to work. Let’s dive in to today’s plays…

Bet #1 – Stamkos o3.5 & Trocheck o2.5 Shots (+248)

The Ducks have allowed 41.2 shots per game so far this season and the Lightning have some of the better shooters in the league. After taking Kucherov for shots last night, I am going to switch things up and go with Stamkos tonight. He has hit over 3.5 shots in 6 of 7 games this season. He is an absolute beast and I think his shot line is probably our best bet for tonight’s games.

I am pairing Stamkos with Trocheck on the NY Rangers. Trocheck’s statistics from last season don’t necessarily scream must bet, as he hit over 2.5 shots in 37% of his games. However, he is on a new team and has hit the over in 100% of his games so far this season.

Bet #2 – Wahlstrom & Kyrou o2.5 Shots (+229)

I like Wahlstrom’s odds tonight, as he has hit over 2.5 shots in 3 of 5 games to start the season. According to Daily Faceoff, he is currently on the 1st forward line with Barzal and also plays on the 2nd powerplay unit.

Jordan Kyrou has been automatic this year. He has hit over 2.5 shots in 100% of his games. Anytime a team plays the Oilers, I expect it to be a high scoring, high shooting affair. I don’t expect tonight to be any different. Kyrou hit the over in 51% of his games last season and averaged 3.5 shots against the Oilers. (Tarasenko has a 75% hit rate this year and is another decent play in this game)

TLDR – Betting Summary

  1. Stamkos o3.5 & Trocheck o2.5 Shots (+248) 1u
  2. Wahlstrom/Kyrou o2.5 Shots (+229) 1u
