DG Bets for Games on October 13, 2022

You gotta love when there’s ten hockey games on in a single night. It’s literally every hockey fans dream. And for tonight’s set of games, I have four plus money plays for you all!

Bet #1 – DeBrincat o2.5 Shots & Crosby Point (+113)

Alex DeBrincat averaged over 2.5 shots in 68% of his games last season. Yes, he is on a brand new team, but I don’t think he is going to stray away from one of his best skills, shooting the puck. That line was -180 on DraftKings, so I decided to pair it with an auto-lock, a Sidney Crosby point. The Penguins play the Coyotes tonight and I fully expect them to score a lot of goals.

Bet #2 – Giroux Assist (+140)

Claude Giroux is the fucking boy. He got an assist in 44% of his games last season and is currently playing on a line with DeBrincat and Norris, two pure goal scorers. I think Giroux will get a ton of assists with those two players on his line this season. He also plays on their 2nd PowerPlay unit with DeBrincat.

Bet #3 – Robertson/Kadri o2.5 Shots (+187)

Jason Robertson just signed a big contract and I fully expect him to prove why he earned it tonight. He averaged 3 shots a game last season, hitting on over 2.5 shots 58% of the time.

In Nazem Kadri’s first game against his old club, I expect him to play with an extra chip on his shoulder. He averaged 3.5 shots per game last season, hitting on over 2.5 shots 72% of the time.

Bet #4 – Penguins and Knights in Regulation (+100)

This pick should not require an explanation. The Coyotes and Blackhawks are arguable two of the worst teams in the entire league. I am hoping this is easy money.

TLDR – Betting Summary

  1. DeBrincat o2.5 Shots & Crosby Point (+113)
  2. Giroux Assist (+140)
  3. Robertson/Kadri o2.5 Shots (+187)
  4. Penguins/Knights in Regulation (+100)
